Welcome to our last English lesson in the week!
Let's follow these steps:
1) First of all, let's check HOMEWORK:
A) Activity 7 on page 81 of your book. Find the activity in your notebook and get ready to check. Click HERE to get the answers.
B) Worksheet on PASSIVE VOICE activities. Click HERE to get the answers.
2) Now we're going to learn some COMMON EXPRESSIONS connected to MONEY.
A) Go to page 82 of your book. Write down the sentences in activity 1 in your notebook and be ready to complete them with expressions connected to money by listening to extracts from a radio programme:

B) What do these expressions mean? Do activity 2 on this page and try to decide.
C) Do activity 3 on page 82 in your notebook in order to learn some more expressions connected to money

Make sure you write all these expressions in your notebook. Remember that you can check their meaning in the glossary on pages 138-150 of your book
D) Let's do some extra activites now to practise with these expressions and UNIT 6 vocabulary.

3) LISTENING ACTIVITY. Go to page 82 of your book.
- Activity 4 is a pre-listening activity. Think about it.
- Read activity 5. Do the listening activity in your notebook. Click HERE to get the audio.
- Allow yourself time to read activity 6. Click HERE to listen to the second part and complete the chart.
- Read the questions in activity 7. Click HERE to listen and answer the questions.
Take a photo of your listening activity and send it to my email address.
